"SUTETEKO" --- it is a cotton knee-length pants that is loved regardless of age or sex in Japan. In fact, "SUTETEKO" has been spread as a men's underwear worn under "KIMONO" and trousers since the Meiji Era. The width is made loose, so it is very comfortable.
This design is one of the traditional geometric patterns called "BUNDOU" which was not only a tool to measure the weight but also a symbol of wealth during the Edo period. It have been loved as a lucky design by many people for a long time.
