The shipping cost has to be paid by the customer. All deliveries in Japan are shipped via Yu-Pack by Japanese post office. En-Kimono Online will notify you the total cost via e-mail after we accepted your order. Note:
En-Kimono Online delivers our products to the person who ordered. You can not have your order delivered to another address. Hence Recipient should be a customer.

 

2. You will receive an e-mail containing the details of your orders (including the followings).

++ Customer Information
++ Merchandise and Delivery Charge Total
++ Payment Details (Amount and, Invoice ID of PayPal or our bank account number)

 

3. Go to Checkout

For any order, En-Kimono Online asks for prepayment.

- Exchanges/Returns
Once an order and payment have been made, it is impossible to cancel the order or change the destination of delivery. And it is impossible to change the size, color, pattern and quantity of the items that you ordered.

 

4. Receive the items you ordered. 

- Delivery Time
Except for a few cases, En-Kimono Online will make the shipment within 7 workdays after confirmation of payment. En-Kimono Online can notify you of the tracking number after we have shipped your order. Please ask, if you would like to know the tracking number. Customers can trace the present location of your order by using the Yu-Pack's Track & Trace service.
