How to Shop

1. Select the item you wish to purchase.

Click [Add to Cart] to put the item into your shopping cart.

2. Go to Checkout.

Click [Checkout] to view the items in your shopping cart.

3. Checkout

Enter your information and shipping address, and select a payment option following the instructions.

4. Receive an order receipt email.

You will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check the details of your order.

5. Receive the items you ordered.

Note:
En-Kimono Online delivers our products to the person who ordered. You can not have your order delivered to another address. Possible additional taxations of an order depend on the country's policy and En-Kimono Online cannot take any responsibility. In case of tax charge in the local clearance system it has to be paid by the customer. Hence Recipient should be a customer.

The shipping cost has to be paid by the customer. Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of the package and the destination. En-Kimono Online only offers Express Mail Service（EMS） for all items, which are shipped via Japan Post Service. EMS is available for posts up to 30kg, including packaging materials.

- Weight of packaging materials :
#1-#9 :weight of products less than 1400g, packing materials weight 100g.
#10-#11 :weight of products less than 1800g, packing materials weight 230g.
#12-#18 :weight of products less than 5000g, packing materials weight 650g.
#19-#27 :weight of products less than 29000g, packing materials weight 1000g.
